Old deeds and documents
Lost your deeds, or want to see the old documents behind your property or land? Many older deeds, conveyances and plans are held in the HM Land Registry archive. Where a copy is held, we obtain it for you and explain in plain English what it shows.
Not sure what you need? Call us and we will tell you what can be found.

- Where the original boundaries were drawn
- Rights of way, drainage and other rights given or kept back
- Covenants: rules about what can and cannot be done on the land
- Who owned the land before and how it was divided up
We can also get you up-to-date official copies of the title register and title plan, the documents that show who owns the land today.
